TL;DR
US, CA, majority of EU, Japan, Australia and New Zealand 7-14 business days international shipping. For the rest of the world 14-28 business days depending where you are from.
Times exclude fulfilment time and in-country delivery times by local services.

We ship worldwide, with the exception of a couple of remote destinations, in order to make sure that your country is within our reach, view our shipping policy where we detail all the countries we ship to.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, once the order is fulfilled in one of our fulfillment centers you will get an email that states that and a link with an LPS tracking number that you can use to track your package.

For any case you can find an email, make sure it is not accidently received in the SPAM folder.

If you cannot find your mail with the tracking ID and link, contact us, we will help you out.

Well as we know the global pandemic affects many aspects of our lives and some of are of course delivering items from one place to another. Generally speaking, the delivery infrastructures around the world usually are somewhat less impacted due to their nature and importance, but since these systems do rely on people and other infrastructures that may be more vulnerable to COVID-19's impacts, then there could be some minor impacts on delivery performance in some regions.

If we would know about our suppliers and distributors sudden limitations due to COVID-19 impacts we would let you know that maybe a potential delay could occur. But worry not, this haven't impacted us so far and we don't see it affecting us much even if it does since issues are usually regional and limited to a certain area, not global.

So free your mind, and don't worry, we will keep you updated if needed.

Make sure that the shipping address supplied in the order is correct if not contact us as soon as possible through our Customer Support.

Make sure that the time for shipping to your country and region has elapsed, every region has its own shipping time. Also please note that the times mentioned are followed by fulfillment time which may add a few business days to the total shipping time. You can find the shipping times estimations in our Shipping Policy.

Also note that at times the package can arrive to the country of destination and get held back by customs or the courier for a couple of business days until delivery takes place, due to various reasons.

In order to offer a worldwide shipping, we manage a couple of warehouses and fulfillment centers. Usually, our warehouses have all the products in stock but sometimes a product can be out of stock at the fulfillment center close to you, so we ship the missing item from another fulfillment center that has the missing item in stock. In such cases, your order can be split in two parts, but usually you will get everything in one package.

Returns and Refunds

In any case you would like to return or replace an item, we would love to help you: first of all, make sure your case is eligible for a return under our Return Policy in order to save time.

If you have a case upon which you would like to return an item then feel free to reach our Customer Support, once your claim is received you will be guided with what to do and where and how to return your times to.

From the moment that the refund is approved, you will be notified by our customer support, it takes up to 10 business days for the refund to take place and complete.
