SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

CodeIslife store delivers worldwide. Our shipping regions are divided into two groups that are distinguished by the availability and accessibility of courier and postal services to our nearest fulfillment centers to the countries in mind.
Shipping times
To "Relative Regions" countries – We ship in 7-14 business days from order fulfillment.
To "Worldwide Regions" countries – We ship in 14-28 business days from order fulfillment. Very dependent on your location. Some countries have more frequent and busy shipping routes than others which can impact the shipping times within the mentioned range. While in some countries a typical shipment can take around 2 weeks, to other countries it can take up to 4 weeks.
Order fulfilment time is the time that takes the order to be confirmed, processed and packed. Note that this can take anywhere from 1-3 business days, before shipping takes place, depending on the fulfillment center’s resources, schedule and time of the order received. For instance, orders received during the weekend can be processed and cleared only at the beginning of the following business day which is the beginning of the following week.
Delivery Times
Note that the mentioned times for shipping are intended for the shipping only, meaning that from the moment your package has arrived to your country it is up to your country’s tax services, postal services, and relevant operating courier services to checkout and handle your package and then send it out to be delivered to you. Since this is drastically different from one country to another and even in the same country, sometimes we witness widely different handling times, please allow additional couple of days for the package to be cleared and sent out to you locally. Most of the time the package arrives on time to your country but being delayed in the country due to many factors or delays coming from the local authorities.
Your order may be delivered to you by either by the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your country and area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service generally, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not available at the shipping address when the delivery takes place, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected later.
NOTE that if a delivery is not picked up by the recipient after the courier or postal service attempts to make the delivery and wait time elapses or simply the recipient is out of reach, the package is usually sent back to us by the courier or postal service themselves. Once the package arrives, we will try to get hold of you for up to 14 days and attempt to resend the package again in coordination with you.
Taxes
You may be required to pay customs duties and other potential taxes for your purchase under the laws of your country. Make sure that you know and you are aware of your local laws that apply to you for purchasing goods from another country.
Shipping Address issues
Please ensure all delivery information you supply is clear and correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing bits of information, we may be required to contact you to update delivery information, which would cause delays in shipping times on your order. Or worse, incorrect address may get your order to ship to the wrong address which handling that would also take long and precious time.
